What is Yomu AI?
Yomu organizes academic writing around documents, outlines, source libraries, and AI conversations. Users can start from a writing goal or an existing draft and progressively refine their text using features such as auto-completion, paragraph feedback, rewriting, and summarization.
The platform offers literature discovery, citation formatting, a personal source library, and cross-document reuse, and it also supports inserting charts, as well as adding headings and in-text citations. Conversations and feedback can be used to discuss materials and revise selected text; however, automatically generated documents should not be treated as fully completed research.
The author must still personally verify the original sources, facts, and arguments, and comply with their institution’s requirements regarding AI assistance and authorship. Independent free tools and the main writing plan should be kept distinct; unless the current conditions for subscriptions, AI actions, and credits have been verified, do not enter fixed amounts or unlimited benefits.
